Jean Ainsworth
I have long had an interest in the puzzle of how to convert the things I see around me on to paper and canvas, especially the interpretation of colour and light using oils and watercolour.
I have lived in Ceredigion for nearly 20 years, during which time I have been intrigued by the Ceredigion coastline and enjoyed trying to capture the colour and light in seascapes.
Now, as a keen gardener, I see interest in the things around me - the light and shade in the garden, the texture in an old cottage, the relationship between the stonework and ever changing garden.
